This amulet was probably once opened and contained a quote or verse from the Koran. Likely to have been and element in a traditional wedding necklace or dowry. Circa early mid 1900's. Beautiful silver detailing on each end of this hirz amulet. There is a hole at the top on each side, possibly used for attachment in this amulet's previous life. Not very obvious from either side, visible
