Universal Genève Polerouter Moon 1960sThe Polerouter was produced in 1954 by Universal Genve in partnership with Scandinavian Airline System (SAS) by a then 24 year old Gerald Genta. Universal Genve developed the automatic Polerouter to be more resistant to the strong magnetic fields at the North and South poles. The version you see here is stainless steel with a silver colored dial with some beautiful developed patina which reminds you of the surface of the moon. The mirrored steel
