Pinot Noir Forcara Rive 2021 DOC, By Mancini in Le MarchePinot Noir from the Rive Monte vineyard is produced and bottled with its own label Rive. Method: hand harvested into grilled baskets of 15Kg the baskets were immediately placed in a mobile cooling cellar in the vineyard and cooled Pinot Noir is produced from a traditional red vinification, then aged in French barrel on lees, with monthly stirring for 12 months.
