CAMPO AFFAMATO Montepulciano d’AbruzzoMade from Montepulciano grapes from a single 30 year old vineyard, harvested at the end of October for a yield of about 60 quintals hectare. It ferments spontaneously in steel, with the help of pied de cuve, where it macerates for about 30 days. It is refined in large barrels (20hl) and tonneau for 14 months.
