COS Pithos Bianco '16/'19 DOCPithos Bianco is a pure expression of Grecanico macerated on its skins for seven months in clay amphorae that are buried underground Made with Grecanico, this amber colored wine offers aromas suggesting candied nectarine zest, sea breeze, tilled soil and Mediterranean herb. The linear palate delivers dried apricot, mineral and bitter almond alongside bright acidity. A hint of tangerine closes the finish.
