The rich limestone soils are free draining and perfect for grape growing. A classy claret, with cool fruit, plums, blackberries, notes of cedar with ripe tannins and good acidity.
A very bright and appealing cool-climate style of Pinot Noir

The grapes then undergo a 20-day maceration at 28-30 degrees C
The wine ages for four months on lees in tank before bottling
