Velour Black V-370 (2 Oz)Product DescriptionVelour Black Velvet Underglaze is a warm black color that is deep and velvety at cone 05, darkens and becomes warmer at cone 5, and is silky and deep at cone 10. A clear glaze deepens the color of the underglaze significantly at any temperature. Safety WarningTableware producers must test all finished ware to establish dinnerware status, due to possible variations in firing temperature and contamination.
Brew in normal temperature or fridge for 6-8 hours
smooth body with low flux content to improve glaze pick-up and enabling it to be used at higher temperatures
Gives a lovely toasted effect along glaze margins at higher temperatures
