Could have originated from Northern Afghanistan. Dangles are Afghani are and were likely added later. Holes on top were for attaching it to clothing or a hat. Circa mid 1900's. Repair in back. Good condition. No hallmarks. 8. 7 cm 3. 5 inches across. 5 inches long including dangles. 93. 8
