Chateau Mirande, Picpoul de Pinet 2024The estate was created in the 1850s. The name comes from the word Mirador because it is located on a hillside overlooking the Mediterranean Sea, Bassin de Thau and the Saint Clair mountains. Joseph Albajan was born into winemaking and bought the estate off former owners in 1988. To date, the estate operates 30 hectares of vineyards, for a yearly production of about 2000 hectolitres.
