Our raw honey is cold extracted and lightly filtered before bottling. Minimal treatment ensures that all the delicious and natural goodness is passed onto you. Pure raw honey will naturally crystallise in the jar over time. To return the honey to liquid, place the jar in warm water. Not suitable for infants under 12 months.
