We have agreed to partner together to save this vineyard
All of their wines spend 1 year aging prior to release
This fractured
A blend of Syrah from 10 year-old vines planted on clay- limestone soils (50%) and Grenache Noir (30%) and Carignan (20%) from 80 yo goblet-trained vines rooted in limestone bedrock
some are newer plantings but all are farmed and cared for by passionate and conscientious growers
fermented and aged in stainless steel barrel for 10 months on the full lees—the steel is shaped like a barrique for more ideal lees contact—unfined
