1980s Neil Bieff Tissue Metallic Bold Floral Off Shoulder Evening DressThis 1980's vintage Neil Bieff dress is in a gorgeous multi colored metallic tinsel fabric and it features off shoulder cap sleeves and a tulip hemline. We especially love unique design of the bodice with the floral portion creating a low v plunging neckline, but it is completed with a black corset that is covered in black sequins with multi colored sequins at the top. There are so many details on this lovely vintage evening dress! Overall very good
