60’s Bronze High Rise Straw Pillbox Hat by Jacques HeimDeep crown pillbox hat from the 1960's. Black and bronze cello straw over a stiff net lining, set on a black velvet band. Inner circumference is 21 inches, on the outside, side to side is 19 inches. Excellent condition showing little to no wear. Label is Jacques Heim with a store label of Lazarus of Roanoke VA. Jacques Heim started out in the family business designing furs. In 1923 he took over the business and within a few years had added a couture
