The full skirt rustles and swishes and is the perfect complement to the knit wool top. The rhinestone buttons are sooo pretty they look like snowflakes as does the belt buckle. Love it! The skirt has two layers of net crinoline underneath and horsehair at the hem to keep the fullness. Made by Fine Feathers. Top is 100% wool, skirt is taffeta and feels like a synthetic
