The bottom scalloped ruffle is decorated with embroidered rosebuds and vines in a pale pink color. So pretty peaking out from under a full skirt or dress! Made by Fantasy Lingerie "The Image of Perfection". Good condition with the exception of the elastic at the waist which is stretched out. It will sit at the hips but not the waist unless you replace it or pin it. Measurements
