70's Neon Green Floral Empire Waist GownSuper bright green spaghetti strap maxi dress! Sheer neon floral layer on top with solid white lining layer. Straight across neckline and empire waist. Zips up back. A few small flaws small rip on front bottom, some staining near bottom, and straps have been alteres to be a little tighter (see pictures). Overall the flaws are not very noticable the dress presents beautifully and is in otherwise good, wearable condition. Blue ILGWU tag. Made in USA.
