Skirt has smocked elastic waist. Blouson blouse top has elastic cuffs, drawstring waist with cord tie with beads. Incredible iconically 80s print in bright pink, orange, purple and more with faces and shapes and beads and sequins! Bodice lined in red. Size 1X. I'm smitten!
