The pencil skirt has a waistband. on seam pockets, and back zipper. It appears that it has been professionally let down about one inch an easily reversible fix if desired. The fabric is not labeled, but is definitely wool or a wool blend with a finely woven ribbed texture. The color is a blend of brown and green or teal
