Use for all New Process 231 and 241 Transfer Cases with a 2 piece Tailshaft that uses 4 bolts to attach the extension housing to the tailshaft housing. (*See Tech Note 1!!) Replaces QU10816 factory snap ring that holds the rear output shaft against the rear output bearing (See Tech Note 2 below). Easy to install, patented design part includes two bolt together
