1984 Greco Japan "Store Order" Explorer Electric Guitar (Metallic Red)Made by the Fujigen factory in 1984, we sold this guitar to a friend of the store a few months ago and it's made it's way back to us! Confirmed as a store order EX model from Greco that was likely ordered by a Japanese guitar store in very limited numbers for sale domestically. An 80s Explorer shape and style with a metallic red finish all over, it looks to be an alder body set to a maple neck and rosewood fingerboard (22 frets, 628mm scale length,

it's a light ash body with a maple neck (39mm nut width) and bound rosewood fingerboard with block inlays and weighs 4

the Greco FV105K was a '67 reissue Flying V with a factory fitted Kahler

it sounds great both plugged in or on it's own

Research leads us to believe Anboy were made by the Fujigen factory in Japan in the 90's alongside Fender Japan

This is truly a guitar that looks

it's built for a player

Seems all original with the exception of a new 5-way pickup selector

it's a basswood body with a maple neck and maple fingerboard

Factory loaded with a Schaller locking tremolo system

Often overlooked by many guitarists

The three-way selector was changed to an extra pot by the previous owner so we reverted it back but there's a small hole remaining
