Dry River, SyrahpH 3. 6, TA 5. 5 g l. Round and sweet and yet fresh too, I think. Pure pleasure! Dry finish but great majesty on the way. Low alcohol but fantastic concentration and extract.

The finish here is formidably long and polished

000-case cuvee is dominated by its Merlot component (the blend also includes some Cabernet Franc)

the palate is full-on seductive with ripe

All I can say is

savory and enormously rich and stimulating Eiswein of great class and style

There is a lovely sense of energy to the intensely stony ultra-refined flavors that exhibit excellent persistence on the focused and balanced finale

with a chalky sensation and a finish that is a mixture of juiciness

youthfully austere and solidly long finale
